Taking Barista Course 只今、バリスタコース受講中

I’ve been taking a barista class since last week. While we were studying, we went to some cafes or a market to learn about not only coffee ☕️ also food. I’m getting more interested in food. Before I just went to a market to buy ingredients for meals 🥘.the more I explore, the more interesting food culture is.  There are incredibly big variations of food. I  saw huge selections of coffees beans, spices, cheese, 🧀 vegetables 🥑🥦chocolate 🍫and so on. Walking around 🏃‍♀️and researching things is a lot of fun. And also during class, we try to make espresso and some kinds of coffee such as latte and flat white. This week is the first week I tried to make coffee so I made terrible coffee ☕️ 

先週から、バリスタコースが始まり、 コーヒーだけでなく、食全般に関心が少し深まってきた。栄養的な勉強とは異なり、その要素・特徴の興味が出てきた。クラス時間内に、CBDのカフェやヴィクトリアマーケットを探索し、実際に味わってみたり、コーヒーにまつわる食品の見聞を深めたりで、今迄の授業とは異なり面白い。オーストラリア文化の一部が学べるコース、という感じ。そして、実際にエスプレッソマシンでコーヒ作り、緊張と楽しさとで複雑な奇妙な感覚。エスプレッソ自体は初日にしては、ギリギリ合格点くらい。でもミルクをクリーミーな仕上げるのは、合格には程遠い。
